Refund Policy

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, by clicking on the "Manage Account" button on this page. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period, after which it will be cancelled. You will not be charged again.

Purchase Refunds

For European Union Customers

We offer full or partial refunds within the initial 14 days following your purchase. After this period, refunds will not be accepted.

Refunds are subject to compliance with ALL of the following conditions:

  • This is your first month's subscription.
  • You did not benefit from a free trial.

By issuing a refund, you immediately lose access to all premium perks and your subscription will be cancelled.

For Non-European Union Customers

We offer full refunds within the initial 7 days following your purchase. After this period, refunds will not be accepted.

Refunds are subject to compliance with ALL of the following conditions:

  • This is your first month's subscription.
  • You did not benefit from a free trial.

By issuing a refund, you immediately lose access to all premium perks and your subscription will be cancelled.
