European Customers

We offer partial or full refunds within the initial 7 days following your purchase, at our discretion. After this period, refunds will not be accepted.

For subscription-based products, refunds are subject to compliance with ALL of the following conditions:

  • This is your first month's subscription.
  • You did not benefit from a free trial.

Non-European Customers

We offer partial refund within the initial 7 days following lifetime purchases, at our discretion. After this period, refunds will not be granted.

Refunds are not available for subscription-based products.

To initiate a refund, kindly send an email to [email protected] including your name, reason for refund, and attach an invoice or proof of purchase containing the relevant order details.

  • You must provide the reason of the refund.
  • Please be polite and civil. Refunds are at our discretion and will more likely be accepted if you are courteous.
  • A dispute (such as a chargeback) regarding a purchase will result in permanent termination and blacklisting of our services, without refund.
  • For a refund to be considered, a receipt and order number must be provided.
